Our Returns Policy

At Anti-Ice we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy:-

If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 7 days, and we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

If you are returning an item, it is your responsibility to insure the item during postage, as we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit by any third party. We highly recommend that you pack your item extremely well and also take out insurance.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us by e-mail or telephone to notify us of the return and include a note with your returned item detailing why it has been returned.   You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
